EMoto-X Racing Hawaii has been modifying controllers for the All Terrain Mantis bikes Since Dec 2023, some with well over 2000 miles. The Mana upgraded controllers deliver SO much power that most of our experienced gas dirt bike riders RARELY use sport mode as it is a handful for most trail and technical track riding and only use sport mode for huge hills and smooth open straightaways.

The EMoto-X Racing Modified Upgrade Controller Service- The EMoto-X Racing Modified Upgrade Controller Service for the Rawrr Mantis 72V and 60V is a plug and play (once modified) controller that will get your Mantis RIPPING for a longer time/distance!

The EMoto-X Racing Modified Upgrade Controller Service will produce about 11000W on the Mantis 72V and about 9000W on the Mantis 60V. Stock Mantises are 7500W.

Reviews / Testimonials / Product Test Riders We initially set up 7 test riders with the EMoto-X Racing Mana Controllers back in Dec 2023 who have been ripping, testing, abusing, and most of all flat out having a blast riding their more powerful Mantises with more range. 3 of the Emoto-X test riders are adult male experienced gas dirt bike trail riders. Our adult male trail riders say that they rarely use Sport Mode because it is too fast and powerful for most trail riding and technical track riding and even Eco 3 Mode is sometimes a handful for the more technical terrain, Eco 2 Mode is pretty darn fast and fun and Eco 1 Mode is slow as it should be. The other 3 EMoto-X test riders are youth male/ teenage riders, one being a current gas dirt bike racer and wheelie specialist (see him at @mantis_monster_21 ) and the other two are talented very fast riders and wheelie kings as well. These 3 youth test riders ride all day every day (when they are not in school) hammering the living _____ out of their Mantises which are now (with the Mana Controller installed) their favorite E motos to ride over their Surrons and Talarias that now sit in the garage. Range- We have not done any real measurable range testing yet but we are incredibly happy with the riding time lengths and miles! Range and Power Review- By Chuck Kulda of Plymouth County Powersports Nov. 18,2024 - The boys at Plymouth County Powersports finally got to test the Emotox controller on the Rawrr Mantis this weekend for efficiency we already knew it gave us a lot more power no questions there . Four bikes, two of them with the Emoto-X Racing Hawaii controller and two without all four bikes at 100% battery life all 4 riders weighed about 180. Mined you one of these bikes have 11,000 miles on it . Started out with 12 mile ride on the roads to our destination, which were several grass retention ponds for freestyle, jumping, and what not. spent about a half hour there. Drove about another 8 miles to get lunch. Now for a ride home. We got home with about 46 miles on the bikes. On the two stock bikes one had 39% battery life left the other stock bike had 43% left. On the two modified Emoto-X bikes we got one at 56% and 54%. Notes. All the road riding was done in Eco 2 And all playing around was done in sport mode What we like the best was the relatively low cost of sending the controller out to be reprogrammed and getting longer battery life of course more power is awesome, but being able to make it home seems much more appealing to us. Range VS Modded 72V Surron- Two of the adult test riders from Watercraft Works in Rancho Cordova CA. with the EMoto-X Racing Mana Modified Controller started with 100% battery charge and went on a 2 hour 20 miles full pinned hammer down trial ride rip with multiple hill climbs, jumps whoops, built berms etc. and had 50% battery remaining at the end as apposed to 17% battery remaining on their friend's built Surron LBX with a BAC 8000 and 72V ChiBattery who did the ride with them!

CONTROLLER REMOVAL DIRECTIONS: Read all directions first, before beginning. Be sure to contact EMoto-X for any clarifications or questions you have before you begin installing. The EMoto-X Racing Mana Modified Controller is an exact plug and play part, meaning it bolts and wires in and installs exactly the same as your stock Mantis controller. 1) Turn the breaker off and clean your stock Rawrr controller free of any mud and dirt etc. 2) With the controller clean and dry and the breaker still off, remove the battery. NEVER reinstall the battery until the final step of the installation process. 3) Once the breaker is off and the battery is removed from the bike, remove your stock controller by removing the 4 long (#5 allen wrench) plastic controller mount bolts. 4) Once the plastic controller mount is detached from the bike with the stock controller, remove the plastic cable and wire cover by taking out the 2 small taper head (T10) screws . 5) With the plastic wire and cable cover removed, take a few photos of the back of the stock controller clearly showing all the battery and motor cable connections positions and routing and clearly all the plug and wire connections and positions and routing BEFORE removing any cables, wires or plugs. 6) Make sure your pictures are clear and clearly show everything as it is, save these pictures to be used for reference to copy for installation process. It might also help to tape and label each wire and cable at this point. 7) After getting good clear pictures and saving of all cables, wires and plugs and routing, remove the three controller mount bolts (#3 allen wrench) and all the cables, wires and plugs form the stock controller being carful not to damage any of the plug clips etc. 8) Clearly write your name, phone number, and ship back to address on masking tape and stick it to the controller getting it ready to box and ship.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Make sure the breaker is off and the battery is still out. 2) With your breaker still off and your battery still out, use your saved photos from the removal process as a reference to be sure to connect the battery and motor cable connections and all the plug and wire connections to the exact same places with the same routing on the EMoto-X Racing Mana Modified Controller as they were on the stock controller using blue locktight on the treads of the battery cable and motor cable connections bolts and dielectric grease on the plug and wire connections. 3) After the battery and motor cables and plugs and wires are connected, take a few moments to double and triple check that all is solidly connected correctly referring to your saved pictures. 4) Reattach the Mana Modified Controller to the plastic controller mount with the 3 allen bolts using blue locktight on the threads of the bolts. 5) Reinstall the plastic cable and wire cover with the 2 small taper head screws (T10) using no locktight on the threads. 6) Reattach the plastic controller mount with the EMoto-X Racing Mana Modified Controller to the bike with the 4 long allen bolts using blue locktight on the threads of the bolts being extremely careful not to pinch, smash or damage any of the cables and wires. 7) Reinstall the battery, turn on the breaker, turn on your key, go have the time of your life!
